We have nearly three decades worth of experience in successfully managing interim properties for Local Authorities, Housing Trusts and private companies, whilst at the same time providing housing solutions for local communities.

Ensuring that your property is occupied means that the risks of vandalism, anti-social behaviour or squatting are eradicated. We undertake to only house responsible tenants and we provide 24 hr maintenance services.
Professionalism
We are a fully regulated organisation experienced in all aspects of property management, from knowledge of current housing laws to managing information in a sensitive and confidential manner and in accordance with the relevant legislation.
Flexibility
We are able take over management of your property swiftly and easily, thus minimising voids and we undertake a range of periods, from a six month lease to 3+ years, while guaranteeing to return all properties on time.
Income generation
Not only will we pay a fee for each property we manage, but we guarantee to cover all costs normally associated with property ownership, including council tax and water rates.
Stability
In a period in which other housing organisations have ceased trading, we have gone from strength to strength. With a successful track record of managing up to 500 interim properties at any one time, your property is safe with us.

We will work with partners to ensure that the positive PR generated through successful community engagement is disseminated as widely as possible.
